Defense and Awareness
Self-defense
training can increase your options and help you prepare
responses to slow down, de-escalate, or interrupt an
attack. It is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal
confrontation skills with safety strategies and physical
techniques that enable someone to successfully escape,
resist and survive attacks!

what you say.
Avoidance
-- the ways that you can make your environment
safer.
Assertiveness

not an easy target.
Action
-- the physical aspect of defending yourself as well as
taking legal action against the attacker.
